processes and business requirements to determine the design of the

Customization, Quality Review, Project Administration--
The data gathered from the Onsite Design Workshop is then interpreted
into CRM software terms by our team of qualified technicians. We
provide Project Administration and Quality Checks/Testing to ensure
the design operates according to the specifications of the Onsite
Design Workshop. approximately 5-20+ days

Database Delivery & Onsite Database Review--
The
one day Onsite Database Review validates the EMT design and allows
for the appropriate recommendations and changes to be made prior
to moving forward with the live implementation. approximately

Implementation

includes the verification/installation of the CRM software to ensure
proper operation once the implementation goes live.

Train-The-Trainer (TTT)

Support Program (PSP), Technical Help Desk --
Our telephone
PSP is designed to bring continuous technical support for end users
on an unlimited basis. Our standard PSP Helpdesk hours of operation
are 9am-5pm (EST), Monday Friday, holidays excluded. Extended
support hours and individual end-user support plans are available.
Design/analysis, project management, training, and meetings are
not included in PSP.
