Pre-Needs Assessment It is an EMT introductory service for “test driving” our knowledge and experience while having your automation project’s essential data collected and analyzed. Our skilled staff performs a 1-2 day, onsite assessment & review of your complete automation needs and requirements. Goals, issues, processes, and problem scenarios are hammered out during the assessment with your key personnel. The data is then analyzed and a customized automation solution is delivered to you within 48 hours. All findings from the assessment are detailed in a comprehensive written report and reviewed via telephone. Whether you choose EMT for the actual implementation or another vendor, the final product yields a detailed “road map”, complete with background information, research findings, recommended steps, and requirements necessary for your implementation.

Reengineering Assessment — An EMT introductory service for those who already have SalesLogix or TeleMagic software, but are not achieving the expected results from their investment. As the first step, we provide the 1-2 day, onsite Situational Assessment of your current issues and problems, and immediately fix minor problems whenever possible. The assessment data is then analyzed, and a customized automation solution is delivered to you within 48 hours. All findings are detailed in a comprehensive written report and reviewed via telephone. The final product provides a detailed “road map”, complete with background information, research findings, and all necessary steps and needed changes to get you back up and running properly.
