Train-The-Trainer (TTT) The
TTT program is a complete series of certified training sessions
to fully educate the database administrator, assigned technicians,
and key end-users on the extensive functions of your CRM software
package. These sessions empower participants with the skill set
required for true ownership and operational understanding
of the CRM product. Participants will be able to make any future
changes or revisions needed to the screens or database, as well
as be able to train the remaining end-users. A training manual is
included.

Onsite
End-User Training EMT
will also provide end-user training for you. A qualified EMT trainer
will present hands-on training sessions in a classroom environment
for group training or on a one-on-one basis for individual instruction.
Available for an additional day/package fee.

Phone
Training
A convenient, lower cost, training option for simple instruction
on the standard features of your CRM software product. It is intended
for straightforward process and feature training. Phone training
time can be purchased in discounted blocks ahead of time and then
scheduled and used on an as needed basis.
